Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Clients of Code Pilot Hub may cancel their project at any time. However, any work already completed will be billed according to the agreed milestones.

2. Refunds

Refunds at Code Pilot Hub are handled on a case-by-case basis. Initial deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover planning and resource allocation.

3. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Code Pilot Hub, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue through mutual agreement.
